THE PROCESS
Step 1. Inquiry
Reach out to me on my contact page and tell me a little about your photoshoot ideas.
I will respond to your inquiry within 2-3 business days with details regarding my availability for your date. I will also include my calendar link so you can pick a convenient time to schedule your 30-minute FREE zoom consultation with me. I will reach out to you to confirm the next steps!
Step 2. Connect
This consultation helps put names to faces, lets us get a feel for one another and discuss your photo needs and vision for your special day! We will discuss photo packages or á la carte options that suit you best. I like to make sure we are a good fit for each other in terms of style and vision, so we can capture this memorable moment for you.
If after the consult, you or I choose to move in a different direction, I would be happy to provide recommendations of other talented photographers. No hurt feelings - only best wishes.
Step 2. Secure Your Session
Once we're a good fit, I'll send you an invoice for a $50 non-refundable deposit. If it all looks good to you, you will then sign the contract, and pay the invoice electronically via debit or credit card. Paying the invoice officially books me & holds your date!
The remaining payment is due before we start the session!
Step 4. Deliverables
Within 24-48 business hours after our photoshoot, I will upload all the "soft-edited" pictures with my watermark on it to an online gallery. This, allows you to pick out your final selections and add to a Favorite List I have pre-created for you - this is how you will "proof" your photos.
Once you finish picking your favorites I will get to work. Expect to receive all final edited images of your selections within a week after you finish proofing. Note: the sooner you let me know about your final selection, the sooner I can start working on them
BOOKING, PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, INCLEMENT WEATHER, & LATE POLICIES
Booking
For all sessions; a non-fundable session retainer of $50.00 is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the photographers approval. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session.
Payment
All sessions and orders (plus taxes) can be paid via cash, zelle, debit or credit card. The remainder of the payment is due before we start the session. If you want to create a payment plan, it must be set up prior to the session and approved by Photographer.
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
The session retainer is non-refundable. However, if you reschedule at least 2 days in advance (before 10 AM) via text or email, the retainer can be applied to a future session or refunded if you choose this option.
Inclement Weather & Sickness
I will reschedule sessions if the weather is unfavorable (rain, snow, sleet, hail, etc.) to ensure everyone's safety and protect my equipment. We will find a new date and time that works for both of us. Light rain or snow can create beautiful photos, so we can discuss if that’s an option. A final decision will be made within 24 hours of your session, or at the latest, 2 hours before. If rescheduling isn't possible, you may cancel or apply your $50 retainer to a future session.
Late Policy
If you're running late, we will use the allotted time remaining in our session to make the most out of it.
For example, if our session is 5:30-6:30pm but you're running 10 minutes behind, the session will be from 5:40-6:30pm and still ends at the same time.
